ORANGE TERIYAKI BEEF STIR-FRY
1 T vegetable Oil
1.5 lb top sirloin steak, thinly sliced
2 1/2 c chicken broth
1/4 c stir-fry sauce
2 T orange marmalade
1 1/2 c frozen broccoli florets
1 1//2 c sliced carrots
3 c angel hair pasta, broken into 2 inch pieces
1 T soy sauce
In a large skillet heat oil over med-high heat.
Add steak and onion; cook 4-5 min or until steak is no longer pink; remove from skillet.
Add broth, stir-fry sauce and orange marmalade to skillet; cook until marmalade melts.
Add broccoli, carrots and pasta; bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 min or until noodles are tender.
Return beef mixture to skillet; stir in soy sauce.
