Baked Chicken Parmesan

6 oz pkg shredded parmesan cheese, divided
1/2 c panko breadcrumbs
2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp salt
2 egg whites
1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
25 oz jar pasta sauce
1 T balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp pepper

In a shallow dish, combine 3 T cheese, panko, parsley, basil and salt.
In a separate shallow dish, lightly beat egg whites.
Half chicken breasts, and pound to 1/4 inch thickness.  Dip chicken in egg white; dredge in breadcrumbs.
Place chicken on a sprayed rimmed baking sheet; spray chicken with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake 400 degrees for 20-25 min. or until cooked through.
Combine pasta sauce, vinegar and pepper; cover with plastic wrap, and microwave until hot.
Pour over chicken; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted.
